9th annual dance & soak in hot springs!

How do we get out of our own way and let ourselves fully express our souls’ truth, free of judgement? In this embodied exploration, we will stretch into expanded creativity and authenticity. Bringing light to the limiting voices in our minds, we foster greater freedom and self acceptance. Permission to be the unique soul that we are, to recognize and embrace our artistry, to see ourselves as poetry in motion and fall in love with ourselves…. warts and all. 

In this workshop, we will gently touch upon the Heartbeat map of The 5Rhythms. We recognize our emotions as waves of energy and our allies, giving the heart space to be and feel. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.

Closest large airport is Salt Lake City, UT. It’s a 2.5 hour drive from there. Accommodation is up each individual with many hotels in town having their own hot springs available for guests. Ride shares are also possible as you won’t need a car once in town. Most people stay Sunday night after the workshop to enjoy another deep soak!
